This project envisions a greener urban future by integrating vegetation at every level, creating a distinct architectural identity that blends private and public spaces. Rising fifty meters, the tower becomes a living artwork of botanical diversity, transforming with the seasons—lush and flowering in summer, golden in autumn, and sustained by evergreens through winter. Over time, its evolving vegetation will serve as a visual landmark for the city of Créteil, growing more striking as the years pass.
